Sadly I will no longer be the customer there. Came to the store and to my "bonjour" the person looked at me - and went back doing something else while still talking on the phone. After 2 min quiet waiting I repeated my "hello" but no reaction either. It's still shocking to me how frenchies dont have idea about "customer service" - avoid. I went to another dry claner further down the road and was greeted with a great smile! What a change.
